CozyCub offers free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for eligible products purchased directly from our store. This includes toddler beds, house beds, kids desks, kids bookshelves, bedding sets, comforters, kids pillows, kids blankets, and play mats.

For the smoothest experience, please keep the item clean, complete, and safely packed. If an item arrives damaged, incomplete, defective, or incorrect, our support team will review the issue and help with the best available solution.

Eligible items should be returned with original packaging and included parts whenever possible. This helps speed up review and protects the item during transit.

  • Furniture should not show assembly damage, misuse, or missing structural parts.
  • Bedding should be clean, unused, unwashed, and free from stains, odors, or pet hair.
  • Play mats should be returned clean and free from cuts, punctures, or heavy wear.

3. Returns that may need extra review

Items with signs of use, missing parts, damaged packaging, strong odors, stains, or customer-caused damage may require additional inspection before a refund is approved.

  • Missing hardware or accessories may reduce the refund amount.
  • Improperly packed returns may be delayed if the product is damaged in transit.

4. Exchanges as an option

If you prefer a replacement, another color, or a similar item, CozyCub may offer an exchange when inventory is available and the return request is approved.

5. If an item arrives damaged

Please keep the product, packaging, and shipping label while your request is reviewed. Contact our support team with clear photos of the outer box, inner packaging, damaged area, and any affected parts.

  • For furniture, show cracked, bent, missing, scratched, or affected pieces.
  • For bedding, show stains, tears, wrong patterns, or incomplete sets.
  • For play mats, show edge damage, punctures, or product defects.

6. Missing parts or incomplete orders

If screws, slats, rails, manuals, pillow inserts, or other components are missing, CozyCub may offer replacement parts, an exchange, or another suitable solution after review.

7. Incorrect item received

If the item you received does not match your order, please send your order number and photos of the product, packaging, and label. Once confirmed, we will guide you to the next step.

8. Customer-caused damage

Damage caused by improper assembly, misuse, household accidents, washing against care instructions, or normal wear may not qualify for a full refund. We may still review the issue and offer support where possible.

Email subscribers receive an automatic 15% sitewide discount with no code required. If a discounted item is refunded, the refund amount reflects the price actually paid after the discount.

13. Selected 20% special offers

Selected promotional products may receive an automatic 20% discount. If one of these items is returned and approved, the refund is based on the discounted purchase price.

14. Partial order returns

If only part of an order is returned, the final refund may reflect item-level pricing, automatic discounts, and any promotional adjustment linked to the original order total.
